Quality Management System (QMS) is the part of Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) that provides the Company management in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015 and is aimed to improvement of the rendered services quality, satisfaction and forestalling of customers’ needs by means of constant enhancement of business procedures of the Company.

JSC Rosnefteflot QMS is developed, implemented and declared compliant with ISO 9001:2015 by certification body DNV GL.

QMS is the means that guarantees that all the current processes in the Company – both main and auxiliary – are specified, defined in writing in normative documents and are managed consistently via organizational structure of the Company.
